ASSEMBLY

At MJ Classic we like to see a job thru to the end, this may include cleaning an assembly. Our dedicated clean area for assembly allows us to assemble your components knowing we are not intruding in an area that could cause contamination such as cutting fluids and swarf from the machining process.

Onsite we also have a small shot blasting cabinet and component cleaning bath to make sure the parts are clean. With this we can take your old obsolete components remove any surface corrosion to allow its measurement and machining needs clean and go on to assemble ready for delivery or pick up.
