Our CNC VMC is our XYZ LPM . Running a Proto Trak conversational system is ideal for them small batch and one off jobs where a manual just can't do the same job. Running along side Fusion 360 and Turbocad for dimensional and design make a combination at a fraction of the cost while still accurate and consistent.

Introducing our milling machines the XYZ KRV3000 with ISO40 tooling. This machine is a well known and a very versatile machine. The KRV3000 is one of the bigger capacity machines that allow us to give a wider scope of uses compared to the smaller Bridgeport machines and with the larger motor give more than enough performance to cut most materials. Its 3 axis DRO gives the machine the accuracy to cope with most jobs.

The bed capacity is 300mm x 1200mm and on top of this being a manual machine allows us to overhang the bed for the awkward difficult to machine parts that some cnc's would otherwise struggle on.
